When you use it, you'll confirm your request and provide your name and the details of the order you're cancelling, and we'll send you a confirmation by email.

How to exercise your right

If you qualify and want to withdraw from your purchase, here's how it works:

Submit the form. Complete the withdrawal form below within your 14-day window to let us know you want to cancel. We'll email you a confirmation of your request.
Send the product back. Return the physical item to us. You're responsible for the return shipping cost.
Receive your full refund. Once we receive the returned product, we'll refund your order in full.

Good to know

The 14-day cooling-off period starts from the day you receive your goods.
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal (for example, perishable goods or sealed items that can't be returned for hygiene reasons). If your order is affected, we'll let you know.
